Our Architectural process

All we need to complete a 3D image or flythrough is a copy of your structural plans and material lists. Yes ladies and gentlemen. It is as easy as that, from those we will construct your vision into reality that can be changed before enormous capital layout has taken place.

If we can't see it we can't build it. We work form CAD files, scanned blue prints or hand drawings, provided that they include a dimensional floor plan, roof plan, elevations and site map. If interior rendering are included, an electrical plan will also be required so that interior spaces can be accurately illuminated. Interior design can go as far as furniture modelling along with specific textures, colours, carpets, drapes, plants and just about anything that you which to include into your home (before you move in)

You and your team will be updated through each phase of your production as the project develops. To ensure 3D structural detail an model accuracy, the preliminary rendered images will be forward to you for your review. Once the 3D models are approved the surfaces will be textured and illuminated to your specification.

The completed model is then placed in a scene with people, vehicles, landscaping and a background that will breathe realism into the final product. The last step in the approval process will be test renderings. After models, texturing and camera angles are approved the final rendering are submitted. High resolution images are processed in the file size and file format specified.

A complete 360 degrees video flythrough can then be rendered.
